After its inception in Sydney, Australia in September 2003, The Charterhouse Partnership brand and business was launched in Hong Kong in March 2007 by a team of international recruiters and management consultants. The Charterhouse Partnership Hong Kong is now positioned as one of the leading regional recruiters within its area of disciplines and functional markets.

Charterhouse Partnership offers professional and bespoke contingency and retained search services to all sectors of the market.

The company currently employs 150+ consultants and have offices in Asia │ Hong Kong, Singapore; Australia │ Sydney, Melbourne, Perth; United Arab Emirates │ Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar.

The Hong Kong Team

All personnel have at least three years experience in either recruitment or the industry for which they recruit.  This experience has created established relationships with a strong local, national and international candidate base which provides a vast pool of suitably skilled personnel for available roles.

Our local team is supported by our international recruitment branch network.
