Leasing Manager – Retail

​This is a rare opportunity to join the leading retail conglomerate which has aggressive business growth in the region. Deep-rooted in the region, our client would like to invite the committed calibre to join their Hong Kong team.

We are now seeking for Retail Leasing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate strategic tenancy plans

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies

• Account for a full spectrum of quality leasing services

• Develop extensive industry network and business partnership

• Explore new business opportunities for store expansion

• Closely coordinate with other stakeholders and related departments on layout planning and tenancy matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Business, Marketing, Property Management or related discipline

• At least 6 years of solid leasing management experiences with proven track record in retail leasing, either associated with consultancies or retailers

• Strong business acumen and proactive attitude

• Excellent negotiation skills will be a significant advantage

• Excellent communications and presentation skills is essential

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
