Office Manager/ Executive Assistant – Media Firm


 Summary:

Our client is a start up media firm with very dynamic and creative environment.  They are currently seeking for an energetic Office Manager with hands on office administration and secretarial experience to join their team in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-rounded secretarial support for CEO and assist in office administration
  • Responsible for organising, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and/or reports; answer incoming calls and general enquiries for CEO
  • Handle procurement, travel arrangement, equipment maintenance, and other assigned administrative tasks for smooth office operation
  • Assist in staff orientation and other administration of human resources
  • Provide professional reception services in greeting guests and sorting incoming mails/ emails/ correspondences and route them to relevant teams
  • Coordinating and liaising with different internal teams and/or external business partners

Requirements:

  • University Degree or above with minimum 4 years related experience
  • Strong strategic thinker with excellent business awareness and insight, as well as the ability to transfer this into competitive business strategy. Experience for regional markets is definitely an advantage
  • Solid financial and budgetary management experience with strong analytical skills
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Confident, self-starter, organised, culturally savvy, as well as ability to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc start-up environment.
