Area Manager – Lifestyle Furnishings (international brand)


Our client who is known for their modern, contemporary, and high quality products is currently seeking for an independent, strong area/sales candidate who has experience in retail consultancy or retail management background to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with the senior management/executives on all retail sales & P/L of the business; including day to day sales activities, managing a team of retail staff, marketing, and project management. You will plan and strategize on how to develop the business within the local market (have strong knowledge) and potentially overseas.

Requirements:

We are looking for a degree or masters holder in business administration with entrepreneur mindset and have strong problem solving, analytical skills. You have strong business acumen and are sensitive to numbers. We are looking for candidates who are hungry for sales and know how to motivate/encourage a team of employees. You will have experience in the retail or B2C (consumer end) industry. You demonstrate strong leadership skills.  You are fluent in English and Cantonese (a plus and an advantage). This role is open to expats and would be ideal if you have working experience in the local HK market.
