Junior IT Support Analyst – Open to Fresh Grab / 1 Year Exp


This is an opportunity with an International Law firm. With their strong presence in Asia and increasing amount of new teams joining the business, their IT team is also expanding with rapid growth!

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing first point of contact support to partners and staff, escalating where necessary.
  • Follow and encourage best practice, and ensure service levels are met.
  • Implement and feed into improvements to IT support processes that bring about efficiencies and an enhanced user experience.
  • Assist with maintaining the firm's user-facing IT assets in good working condition, organizing via our central asset management tool and stock is sufficient.


Requirement

  • Strong teamwork skills and able to work under own initiative when required
  • Good educational background, with a high level of achievement and preferably to degree standard or professional qualification or accreditation.
  • Takes pride in their work and positively impacts others; inspires confidence; and maintains composure under pressure
  • A good technical understanding, or ability to achieve skills quickly in:
    • Windows 7 and Office 2010 Applications
    • Server and network hardware configuration and administration
    • Experience of Interwoven Worksite or other similar document management system.
    • Information systems issues       
    • Mobile technology, such as iOS/Android, MDM, etc.
