Human Resources Lead


Our client is one of the fastest growing industry in the wellness business. They pride themselves to be one of the few top market players in terms of skincare and other supplements.  Currently, they are in need to hire a HR Supervisor to work closely with their other HR team members and handle a wide range of HR activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limit to recruitment & selection, C&B, staff engagement, etc
  • Act as business partner to work closely with line manager on HR Projects
  • Participate in HRIS implementation project
  • Involve in regional project, e.g. policy alignment, etc
  • Assist to organize staff activities such as staff tour, annual dinner, etc
  • Prepare monthly report for management review
  • Maintain staff personal record and filing system
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in sizable company
  • Candidates with hands on recruitment experience or C&B will be an advantage
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player, highly self-motivated, detail minded and strong sense of commitment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office applications
