Assistant to President - Fashion Retail


Summary:

As a leader of global fashion retail group with a successful business and multicultural working environment; our client is currently looking for a high calibre to join their company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the President (expat).
  • Manage the President’s calendar, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangement, etc. Prepare all the meeting resources and materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate and systematic filing system and documentation management.
  • Assist in coordinating large-scale of marketing events and exhibitions, greeting and visiting clients and senior colleagues, planning and executing marketing programs.
  • Assist in small communication with overseas office and ad-hoc assignments and projects

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of relevant experience in assisting top management
  • Experience from sizeable multinational companies or luxury retail firm is preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
  • Proactive, pleasant, enthusiastic, detail-minded, responsible and self initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
