Head of Sales (Healthcare product)


Our client is a privately-held HK listed company of health care products.  Due to their rapid business expansion, they are now seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional with prior experience leading in sales and sales management functions.  This individual will have a major impact on the company by increasing its business revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and customer strategies, product revenue plans and budgets in accordance with company policies, goals and objectives
  • Develop and build customer relationships, maintain client support initiatives, according to client needs and company targets; ensure that relationships with customers are extendable into additional programs
  • Drive collaboration with direct reporting staff and matrix reporting functions; collaborate with the customer base to ensure aligned expectations and support
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team; ensure adequate people development plans and capable succession plans are in place.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field required.
  •  8+ years of sales,  sales management, and sales leadership experience  in healthcare product with Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical sales channels, including hospital sales and distributor
  • Proven ability to build a high performing team with track record of driving over-plan revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stationed in Shanghai
