Human Resources Manager


Our client is an information and communications technology industry, who continuously strives in terms of reaching excellence in service and choice of products.  With their continued expansion, they are in need to hire a Human Resources Manager to join their sizeable HR team.  This role will need to handle all rounder HR generalist functions with training element such as planning in-house training plans.  Recruitment will also play a pivotal function with this role handling all recruitment both lateral and campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead a team to oversee wide spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations etc
  • Liaise with Department Heads on manpower requirements, provide advice on talent acquisition strategy and staff issues, including those for regional offices
  • Assist in shortlisting candidate profiles and conduct interviews for senior positions
  • Organize campus recruitment and career fair to hire quality graduates trainees
  • Review training policy and involve in the selection of external trainers
  • Prepare monthly report and PowerPoint presentation for management
  • Work closely with overseas offices on any related HR issues
  • Liaise with NGOs in the planning of any CSR events that is being lined up
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in sizable companies
  • Experience in ICT industry an advantage
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation
  • Analytical, attention to details, responsible and independent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
