Office Manager – $45-55K International Law Firm


Summary:

Our client is a global law firm, having offices in every global region. Their operations in Hong Kong have more than 40 years of history. They are currently seeking for an Office Manager to manage a team of approximately 15 supporting staffs and to provide support for a Partner.

Responsibilities

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to ensure fee earners and clients receive a professional, efficient and high quality legal support service, which includes:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Billing and financial administration
  • Client relationship and business development co-ordination
  • Document production and typing
  • General administration
  • Recruitment & induction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Office Manager, preferably in an international law firm is a must
  • Good command of spoken/written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)  and English
  • Able to work independently and with positive working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and able to manage and work as a team
  • Excellent working manner, euthanistic and great interpersonal skills
