Matthew Ng

With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Matthew has been with Charterhouse for over 10 years and currently leads the Regional Technology and Operations team placed across Singapore and Hong Kong.

Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics degree from the National University of Singapore and started his initial career as a senior commodities Trader. He subsequently joined an international recruitment company primarily recruiting for senior positions within the Banking and Financial Services industry, and also managed a team of specialist recruiters.

In his current role, Matthew leads a large team of high-performing individuals. Matthew has built a strong relationship of trust with his clients as well as candidates with relentless focus and deep market knowledge over many years.
