Job description
Our client an innovative and fastest growing F&B technology platform with presence in over 15 countries is now looking for an experienced Account Director with exceptional analytical and commercial mindset to join their growing operations in Hong Kong.
The Role:
- Taking overall responsibilities in managing the company’s key enterprise accounts, implement sales strategy, new marketing and promotional initiatives that will drive revenue growth for these accounts
- Perform data analysis with capability to present complex data findings into simple and logical stories to the clients on a regular basis.
- Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high engagement level and individual key performance indicators are met
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing and operational team on strategy execution to ensure a smooth delivery
Your Profile:
- 10 years of working experience with 3 years of experience in leading a small team of mid-level executives
- Data analytical experience and have previously managed multiple enterprise accounts.
- Clear and structured communication style with strong lateral thinking skills
- Commercial mindset, passionate about creating both short and long term strategy
