Job description
Clients:
Our client is a well known global retail brand for beverage, they are looking for a young and passionate candidate to join their finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Business Controller in a team of 5 people
- Oversee daily AP process (including T&E)
- Review reconciliation in bank
- Prepare month end closing
- Monitor closely with daily AR operation and provide support
- Prepare monthly turnover statement for all outlets rental supporting
- Prepare credit note and credit card refund
- Prepare monthly reminder for clients (corporate and individuals)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from Retail/ FMCG background
- Experience in AP and AR operations
- Understanding Share Services Center would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
