Our client is a respectable private equity advisory firm focused on primary fundraising and secondary transactions. Established in London, they have offices in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore and comprises of over 120 employees globally.


They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support their Office Manager.




  • Provide overall secretarial and admin support to a team of 6-8 Executives
  • Calendar management and meeting arrangement
  • Arrange complex travel arrangement and file expense claims
  • Printing and binding documents for meetings/presentations
  • Manage payment of invoices and prepare cheque payments
  • Organise regional meetings
  • Any other related ad hoc activities




  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or Secretary gained from a financial services company
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, organized and high attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications. Chinese Word processing is a must
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
