Our client is a leading provider of professional services in the region. Established 50 years ago, they are the partner of choice by the majority of Fortune 500 companies and other publicly listed companies. Their service offerings include accounting, corporate secretarial, payroll and tax administration. They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support their Corporate Secretarial team.
- Provide overall admin and coordination support to the corporate secretarial team
- Prepare and file corporate secretarial documents and statutory forms
- Manage offsite document deposits and retrievals
- Liaise with local and overseas couriers and post
- Maintain and update corporate records of client companies
- Ensure compliance to company ordinance and other regulatory requirements
- Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity
- High attention to detail is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
