Job description
Our client is a leading US law firm with thousands of employees in 21 offices worldwide. They are a well-recognized legal firm in the United States, England and Asia and is known to represent high-profile clients and Fortune 500 companies. The firm offers clients direct access to sought-after Lawyers in various practice areas such as Corporate, Capital Markets, M&A, Tax, Private Equity Funds etc.
They are looking for an excellent Administrator to work closely with the Hong Kong Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily office administration under the supervision of Office Manager
- Provide assistance in meeting preparation such as meeting room booking/set-up, printing of presentation materials and catering arrangement
- Ensure that office equipment, office space, conference rooms and file spaces are in good standing at all times
- Welcome visitors in a professional manner and notify appropriate contact of visitor’s arrival. Set up visitor’s offices when necessary
- Answer incoming calls and provide appropriate responses to general inquiries. Maintain an updated telephone directory
- Assist in renovation and office removal
- Any other related ad hoc task
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of Form 6 or equivalent
- Must have more than 1 year of experience in office administration and customer service, preferably in professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn a new software with minimal supervision
- Able to work effectively and independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
