Our Client

Our client is a well-known business solutions provider in Asia. With a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore, they provide services for listed, private, and overseas corporates, ranging from corporate secretarial services to corporate expansion and incorporation. As their business grows fast and strong, there is a new opening for an Admin Assistant for the firm.

What You Will Do

You will support team members on clerical and administrative work. You will also manage the retrieval and deposit for offsite documents, and arrange local/overseas couriers & posts, among other admin duties. All in all, you are responsible in general administrative tasks.

What You Need

You should possess at least 1 year of administrative experience. You should possess a diploma or above.  You are also a team player and able to adapt in different working styles. Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin would help you succeed in this job. Chinese word processing is a must.
