Our client is a reputable International Law Firm. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing office administrative duties
- Meet and greet guests at all levels
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Order office supplies
- Manage hotel and travel arrangements
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant work experience as an administrative assistant
- Law firm, Professional services industry experience will be a plus but not essential
- The ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Friendly, hard working and open minded
