Our client is a leading multinational financial company who is seeking for a junior Administrative Assistant or Secretary to join their company located in Central. Candidate must be close to native or very fluent in English.
Duties:
- To provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Manager and the team
- To handle group calendar and manage travel arrangement
- To write up correspondences, editing presentation materials and reports
- To handle team expenses and company expenses
- To coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
- To handle office administration and facilities management duties
- Provide coverage on incoming calls
- Other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 2 years or above relevant working experience in finance industry
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel)
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English & Cantonese
- Good with numbers
- Independent, well-organized, responsible and attentive to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
