Our client is a medium sized international law firm; they are currently seeking for an Administrative Coordinator/Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to the Office in Hong Kong.


You will be working together with the Director of Admin and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administrative duties to the office
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports and budgeting
  • Process payroll
  • Reporting to law society
  • Stationary and other supplies ordering, as well as purchase order of computer equipment & parts
  • Renew and update insurance schemes including medical and employee compensation for attorneys and staffs
  • Assist in setting up Law Fair and career talks
  • Handle projects documentation such as lease document and contract agreement
  • Facilities management
  • Event coordination for internal events and client events
  • As well as any other ad hoc duties when required such as office relocation, renovation and expansion


Successful candidates should have the following requirements:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience from professional firms (Law firm is preferred)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-oriented, well organised, able to multi task and proactive
  • Strong communication skills and sincere
  • Team player and willing to help
