Area Manager/ Senior Retail Manager (Travel Retail)

Job description

Our client is a well-established and premium beauty brand in worldwide which HQ in Europe. To cope with their business expansions in Asia’s Travel Retail markets, they are looking for a high calibre person to join their TR Team.

Main Duties:

This position will be acted as the Team Head of the SEA and Japan Markets’ TR businesses to achieve/exceed sales objectives.  Responsible in plan and manage all set set targets in the defined countries/with the respective business partners and operations, develop and prepare strategic direction and business priorities with respective action plans, manage sell-in / sell-out/ profitability and distribution and manage the business relationships with the business partners’ management.

Conduct market and business analysis and handle the business report and initiatives to high management. Liaise with Marketing team and Training team to ensure the customer experiences and brand development align with global’ s standard. This position will managing a sizable team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant disciplines
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in Beauty or Luxury Retail industry with a minimum of 3 years as the Team management role.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skill with good command in both speak & write in English & Chinese
• Willing to travel
