Asset Manager - Office, London based position

Our client is a HK based real estate developer who is looking for an Asset Manager to base in London for their office portfolio.

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Investment and Asset Management Director in HK, the role is responsible for the Group’s office portfolio in UK;
• Manage tenants relationship;
• Achieve optimized collaboration and rental return on assigned group of tenants;
• Assist in formulating management presentations and analysis;
• Prepare and upkeep tracking logs, able to take on supportive administrative duties;

Qualifications:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant office leasing experience
• Candidate with British Citizenship or rights to work in UK is preferred;
• Strong business sense, good presentation and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
