Job description

Our client is a multinational FMCG company who is seeking for a an independent Assistant Admin Manager to join and look after the whole operation..

  • 5 days, Double Pay
  • Open & Flexible, Young dynamic
  • Retail experience

Duties:

  • To assist to formulate, review and implement the internal regulations
  • To provide full spectrum of administration support of the company
  • To work closely with the accountant for the accounting support
  • To be in charge of relocate and maintenance
  • To handle travel arrangement for senior management and visitors
  • To maintain the filing system in a good condition
  • To arrange the company’s activities
  • To arrange the training for the staff
  • To handle ad hoc assignment and projects are required.

Requirements:

  • Degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Admin and/or HR
  • Experience in Retail industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in FEHD issue is preferred
  • Strongly multi-tasking, detail-oriented, self-driven are required
  • Attention to details with high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good IT knowledge is preferred.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work overtime when required
