Our client is a leading private equity firm with investment across APAC. With their rapid growth in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for an experienced finance professional to join their team.
Reporting to the partner, your key responsibilities will be:
- Handle accounting issues for project companies and SPV, including prepare and review financial statements, book keeping, month end closing, maintain full set accounting records
- Handle payroll calculations, company secretary issues, and compliance support as required
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
To be considered for this position the successful individual will have:
- A degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in relevant area
- CPA qualified
- Team player, independent, and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English/Mandarin/Cantonese
