Job description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with functional departments (Project & Design/Finance/Legal/Operation)
- Compile information for market intelligence and management report for development planning
- Maintain relationships with external parties including consultants/landlords and agencies
- Support Real Estate development flow for APAC Markets
- Other ad hoc assignments/projects as required
- Oversea Travel required
Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in retail leasing or major property developer with fashion/accessories retailer experiences
- Experience in working property developers in Hong Kong and China can be advantage
- Strong experience handling leasing/consignment agreement
- Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Good Negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
