A top tier MPF trustee financial institution is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for their Client Services team. As a major pension service provider and one of the largest trustee companies in Hong Kong, our client offers professional services in MPF, pension, and investment funds.

- Pass in MPF Intermediaries exam and HKSI 1,7,8
Your main duties will be to conduct inbound and outbound calls with MPF customers. You will build and strengthen relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending solutions for their enquiries.
An ideal candidate should come from tertiary education background, and posses at least 3 years of experience in sales or client services. A pass in MPF intermediaries examination and HKSI 1,7,8 are mandatory. He/she should have basic understanding of MPF business and be up to date in product knowledge. Good communication skill in Chinese and English is expected. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
