Company Background
We're partnering with leading property developer in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking for candidate with FM background and pre-management experience to join their project team.
Package: Base salary x 12 Months plus 2-3 Months Bonus
Annual Leave started with 12-14 days, 5 days work (Roster scheme)
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Facility Management or related disciplines
- Professional member of HKIH/HKIFM/IFMA will be an advantage
(Not a must) - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in agency/Facility management firm/developer side
- Residential portfolios Background
- Strong communication and CS skills
- interpersonal, problem-solve skills
- Good Command in Chinese and English
