Job description
We are now seeking for Assistant Manager - Property Research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct research works and collect market insights
- Account for feasibility studies for the diversified retail and commercial portfolio
- Analyse business data and market trend to identify potential opportunities for business growth and development
- Preparation of presentation materials, written reports and proposals for top management
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary educated in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated comprehensive market research experiences in property developers or research consultancies
- Meticulous, self-initiative with excellent analytical abilities
- Strong business acumen and market sense is highly preferrable
