About the Role:
- Assist in developing and executing product launch strategies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to contribute to new product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with trade partners to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product and trade marketing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales, retail, and other departments to align marketing efforts.
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators for product and trade marketing activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in the luxury or beauty industry is a plus.
