Our Clients are Top Tier of Property group and Well-known Main Contactor Companies. They are looking for Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer with E&M or building service Background, supporting the existing and new projects in Hong Kong.  

Responsibilities:

Assistant Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineer

  • Provide professional support on E&M to the Project Manager such as reviewing the project process on design/specifications/liaison with various parties.
  • Arrange Approval documents from Concerned Authorities
  • Station in Hong Kong

Project Engineer

  • Plan and complete project on schedule and within budget
  • Review the project progress and coordinate with Clients, Contractor and Consultancy
  • Prepare the lay out drawing & details and Tendering and budget submission

Requirements:

  • Degree of Building Service Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Holder of MHKIE/MCIBSE or member of recognized professional institute is an advantage
  • Min 6 years experiences in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service and related  project management experiences in residential, commercial and mixed-use projects 
  • All rounded full cycle experiences from design and planning stage with various parties
  • Team Player with good communication and interpersonal skills
