- Property Development
- Member of HKIP / RTPI or equivalent
- 5 working days + Attractive Bonus 2-3 Months
Our client is Top Tier Developer in Hong Kong, they’re looking for Assistant Town Planning Manager/Senior Town Planning Officer with residential projects/Mixed-use Projects experiences on their current project portfolio in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking strategic and implementation planning works
- Planning Researches and studies with strategic for potential development sites/location etc
- Assist in processing lease modification / land exchange and town planning applications
Requirements:
- Holder of Town Planning degree recognized by HKIP
- Member of HKIP / RTPI or equivalent is preferable
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experiences for the Hong Kong market from sizable consultant firm or property developer
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS ,AutoCAD and Photoshop is an advantage
