What You Will Do
You are part of a team servicing listed companies and private firms for corporate secretarial services. You will liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters after consultation with supervisor. You will ensure relevant forms are submitted within the stipulated deadline. You are also encouraged to propose work improvements via your direct supervisor, which would be considered and evaluated.
What You Need
You should possess at least 3 years of company secretarial experience. You should possess a diploma or above in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification. You are also a team player and able to adapt in different working styles. Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin would help you succeed in this job.
