Job Description
- Conduct market research and data analysis of market performance of different regions and prepare periodic market reports to the Executive Management ,
- Identify new opportunities and lead initial negotiations with consultants, agencies and developers,
- Provide investment and acquisition recommendations and report to the Executive Management, &
- Conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in hotel investment analysis, HMA negotiation and drafting,
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L, HMA clauses and operation costs,
- Strong numerical skills and experienced in conducting feasibility studies and due diligent in hotel acquisitions, &
- Confident, assertive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
