We are working together with an international law firm who are well recognised for their Transportation, Trade, and Commercial Law. They would like a banking and finance associate to join their practice. This associate would work very closely with their conveyancing team on their banking and general commercial loans.
The ideal candidate must be able to advice clients on compliance and banking laws. The associate must also be well versed in drafting agreement for a various loan product. This associate will work on property related work such as sales and purchase agreements of properties, acquisition and disposal of property owning companies, mortgages and property related commercial work.
