Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Prepare and enforce BIM Execution plans in new projects
- Manage BIM project budget, resources and schedules
- Interpret as Built, Design and construction
- Lead and contribute to the development of BIM Models
- Lead Design reviews, coordinate in workshops and attend on-site meeting s
- Lead and train the BIM Team (BIM Modeller/Engineer)
Requirement:
- Degree of above in Construction management ,Architecture, E&M, Building or related subject
- Mini 8 years experiences in the operation of BIM Tools and project management
- On-site project management experiences and Knowledge in Architecture, MEP, Structure is an advantage
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
