Job description
Our client is a European Based Fashion Company, to cope with their business new direction in Asia market; they are looking for a Fashion talent to join their team.
Main Duties:
You will be responsible for the brand’s P&L management including Sales & Operations Management, Brand’s direction’s development and Product Management. Lead a team of 50+, and report to the HK Office’s Managing Director.
As the Brand Leader, you will identify the business opportunities and formulate short-tern and long-term business strategies to the team. Work closely with HQ and internal support teams. Conduct market trend and competitors’ analysis, manage the retail sales’ strategies and manage the OTB strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Fashion or Business related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ related experiences, preferred from international fashion company
- At least 5 years or above as a management role
- Good fashion sense and have good insight in retail industry
- Responsible, out-going and strategy thinking skills
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
