Our client is a prestigious privately held firm. They are currently growing and looking for a Business Development Assistant/Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Fee Earners within the region in a variety of business development and marketing activities
- Prepare and oversee RFPs/pitches and contributes to global proposals with a particular focus on capital markets, energy, project finance and investment funds
- Liaise with internal research item for up to date market information to support business development activities
- Draft practice area descriptions for various marketing materials such as newsletters, brochure and website
- Maintain a high level of quality control to ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent and compliance to company’s standard
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Organize business development and marketing collateral on internal database
- Support company hosted conferences, programs and events
- Any other related ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in business development and RFP/pitches development, preferably from a legal or professional services industry
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, organized and high attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications. Chinese Word processing is a must
- Positive disposition and with excellent interpersonal skills
