Job description
About the Role:
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and ongoing performance management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive new business growth and maximize customer retention
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns and content to support the sales team
Maintain a strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, competitors, and industry best practices
Forecast and report on sales pipeline, revenue, and other key performance indicators
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, customer success, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives
About the Candidate:
10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or MarTech industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Proficient in using sales software and CRM platforms.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events
