Job description
A leading FMCG company is now expanding their business development team and seeking for a candidate with strong FMCG background to join their team. The chosen candidate must have minimum 6-8 years of business development experience.
Job Description
Identify new business opportunities and develop “go-to-market” strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing key accounts
Manage business plans and sales direction to align with function goals
Perform competitor analysis and pricing strategy
Maintain existing businesses through contract agreements, renewal analysis and negotiation
Drive sales growth with internal and external parties
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in business or related disciplines
Minimum 6-8 years of business development experience from a FMCG environment
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong sales-driven mindset and proactive individual
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in liaising with stakeholders
