Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a capital markets lawyer looking to go in-house. Our client is a Fortune Global 500 Financial Services Company. It is seeking to hire an additional lawyer for its Hong Kong office.

- Private practice lawyers will be considered
- Around 2M salary per annum (base + bonus)
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Investment Banking legal team and will provide legal advice and support with regard to different aspects of equity capital market (ECM) transaction processes and will participate in strategic business planning.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 6 – 12 years of post qualification experience in equity capital market (ECM), Hong Kong listings in particular, with an international law firm or a leading financial services company. He/she must have knowledge of the financial markets as well as have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (reading and spoken).
