Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales forecasting and analysis:
Drive sales forecast, S&OP process for sales function. Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to generate accurate sales forecasts. Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to optimize sales performance.
Sales planning and target setting:
Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to set realistic sales targets and quotas. Develop sales plans, including volume, category, channel, territory allocation, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, to achieve sales objectives.
Sales performance monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales team performance. Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
Sales reporting and presentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management. Present findings, performance updates, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
10 years proven experience in sales planning, commercial planning, trade marketing, sales operations, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, data analysis software, and MS Office Suite, Power BI
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
