Job description
Our client is a highly regarded and internationally recognized bank with a strong presence in the global financial industry. They are now actively looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing compliance testing and assessments in line with established monitoring programs, identifying areas for improvement and tracking the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct regulatory self-assessments, inspections, and inquiries, addressing queries from internal and external auditors, as well as the Parent Bank.
- Perform thorough research and gap analyses on significant legal and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide essential administrative support to the compliance department.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned to support the overall compliance objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of solid experience in auditing or compliance assurance within the banking industry or at an audit firm.
- Open to Audit candidates with experience in FS/Banking, who are interested in a complinace career
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a strong attention to detail are required.
- Proficient command of written English is necessary for effective communication and documentation.
