Our client is one of the biggest consultancy firms on a global scale. Due to business expansion, they seek to recruit an Office Service Coordinator as a new expansion of their team

What You Will Do

You will perform standard office administrative duties, including switchboard monitoring, supervising a team of other office admin staff, and facility maintenance. Among other duties, you will also organize, coordinate, and execute internal and external events with other teammates, on local and sometimes regional level.

What You Need

Native English and Cantonese fluency is required. You are outgoing, eager to learn and cheerful. Relevant experience in event planning or office administration would be preferred. There is no industry requirement, but candidates with foreign education or working experience would be highly advantageous. Good interpersonal skills would help you succeed in this position.
