Purpose of the job

To further develop and strengthen CRM planning and implementation for the brand and solid trade marketing business opportunity.

Main Duties:

  • As the CRM Lead to develop and manage the CRM strategties and budget for the brand in HK and Macau markets.
  • Develop annual CRM action plan with internal product & branding marketing campaigns to align with sales objectives.
  • Enhance the growth of membership’s aquisitions and retentions
  • Conduct analysis of customers’ data to provide the business insights and develop related action plan to achieve CRM objectives
  • Manage and monitor trade marketing and to build strong relationship with business partners to maximize opportunities in key department stores and shopping malls to capture sales and gain ranking
  • Manage all collaterals required to support the activities in sales channels (e.g. brand brochure, consultation book and all CRM related counter materials)
  • Develop and implement in-store event, VIP events, roadshows and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales


  • Degree holder with at least 7 years experience of CRM or loyalty program within Beauty/FMCG/Retail industry
  • Strong in project management and budget management with experienced in planning and executing CRM strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to analyze data issues and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and overall strong computer skills
