Our client is well established and energetic shopping mall. To cope with their business development, they are looking for an experienced team leader to join their Customer Service Team.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for the CS team development and management to ensure the best service, programs and events to be delivered to customers, which align with company’s objective and procedures.
  • Oversee the daily operation of Customer Service Counters in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service and shop tenant’s issues raised by CS team.
  • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs for CS team.
  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments regarding membership club, promotion events, exhibitions, redemption, card parking, etc.


  • Over 8-year customer services experience in hotel/ Shopping Malls/ Club house or related field
  • Degree holder, in Hospitality / Property management / Tourism or related discipline is an advantage
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Fluent command of English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in Computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • *Immediate Available is preferred
