Our client is a leading multinational financial technology company who is offering exciting career prospect to candidates that are passionate to build their career in Fintech sector. Candidate must be native or close to native in Mandarin speaking, with good fluency in English. 


  • Become an expert on customer services for customers in the designated market
  • Provide efficient and effective respond to Mandarin speaking customer’s inquiries, requests and concerns via any communication tools like phone, email, and social media
  • Increase customer satisfaction through providing friendly and professional customer support
  • Ensure customers in China are receiving exceptional support
  • Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Provide feedback to the company to advocate for customers in the designated market


  • Native or close to native Mandarin speaker with 1-2 years of customer servicing experience
  • Fluent in English communication in both verbal and writing
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong with valid Visa or as Permanent Resident
  • Ability to juggle various tasks with positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, energetic
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
