Demand Planning Manager – FMCG

​Our client is a reputable E Commerce platform with a strong presence HK. They are currently expanding their business in Hong Kong and looking for a Demand Planning Manager to lead their demand planning team. The Successful candidate will have a chance to develop their career in a fast-growing business!

Description

• Lead and supervise the demand planning team

• Set up SOP for the team

• Analyse sales trend, inventory level to optimize sales result

• Work closely with internal and external parties including merchandising, buying team and different vendor during demand planning process

• Ensure the forecast accuracy and performance meet KPIs

• Review and follow up on demand and supply status to ensure planning on track

• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile

• Degree holder in supply chain or other related discipline

• 5+ years experiences in demand planning or merchandising

• Experience in e-commerce or FMCG industry is an advantage

• Strong numerical sense and detail oriented

• Good Team Player and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
