Job description
I am looking for an individual to lead as Digital Product & Distribution Manager for my client, a leading Insurance firm in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of insurance products focusing on product design and distribution supports
- Conduct market research to understand the trends of various customer segments and distribution preferences
- Recommend appropriate product, marketing and distribution strategies
- Provide support on Product Marketing and Data related projects
- Provide regular and timely update to management on business updates and sales performance results
Key Requirements:
- > 7 years of experience in Product development projects / Digital product launches
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Change mindset on providing support in innovative products design / marketing
- Strong in product support, project management & stakeholder management
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
