Job description
- Client Side
- Building Service
- E &M/ Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Assist Department Head In regular maintenance service and review procedure
- Manage and guide team’s assigned duties, matching with the standard policy and procedures
- Support Chief engineer manage the budgeting
- Maintain efficiency and reliability of building service and installations
- Emergency on-call service when required
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Building Service/Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Electrical Worker Grade A
- Minimum 4 years relevant experiences (Supervisory background will be advantage)
- Good interpersonal, coordination and project management skills
- Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc
- Proficient in both written spoken English Chinese
