Finance Manager (1 year contract)

Job description

Our client is a leading multinational retailer who is offering a 1 year fixed term contract for a qualified accountant who are experienced in working in MNC environment and with solid knowledge in AP/AR/GL.  

Duties:

• Reviewer of monthly country overall financial statement
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation & drive for follow up action
• Coordinate with AP/AR/GL/Inventory business service team to complete monthly closing as per agreed timetable under proper accounting standard
• Ensure the quality of financial book closing before handling over to country
• Coordinate & drive finance business service team to complete corresponding schedules as per global deadline
• Support daily finance operation covering varies domain (GL, AR, AP or inventory)
• Deal with general enquiries from business users

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with at least 4 years of experience in full set accounting. Experience from Big 4 is a definite advantage
• Experienced in (AP, AR, GL, inventory accounting, etc.)
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Ability to juggle various tasks with positive attitude
• Able to work independently
